Service Description
This is the PALS Provider course Skills session only in Online and Virtual format. This course is the final step in completion of certification for those that have completed the online HeartCode already. This course includes a virtual megacode with instructor via zoom on a specified date and time. This is considered the "hands on" skills session. This class is considered an in-person class as you will have 1-on-1 time with an instructor.

Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel or reschedule your particular class. However, there is a strict no refund policy on all classes due to the limited number of seats. We do not charge any rescheduling fees and your credit is good with Smart Heart CPR for 2 years from the date of purchase.
